Hands On Technology Inc, has recently released TheraOffice, the integrated physical therapy management suite. TheraOffice combines scheduling, documentation, accounting and clinical management into 1 integrated interface.
Scheduling
TheraOffice Scheduling integrates fully with Documentation and Accounting which avoids timely data re-entry. Scheduling can manage multiple resources (therapists and equipment) and has many physical therapy specific features such as re-occuring appointments. Integration with Documentation allows for tasks to be generated from scheduling as patients get checked in. Copays can be recorded directly from the schedule into Accounting.
Documentation
TheraOffice Documentation builds on Hands On Technology's powerful documentation product TheraWriter.PT. Documentation's largest feature is its ability to be customized by users on the fly. Many time saving features such as the auto evaluation can automatically generate an evaluation in minutes. Integration with Scheduling and Accounting allow for tasks to be generated which alert the therapist that documentation is needed to be done after the patient is checked in. Tools such as suggested charges can quickly suggest a list of CPT codes, and the number of units to bill for. Finally charges are then automatically entered into Accounting.
Accounting
TheraOffice Accounting offers a complete physical therapy accounting package with many specialized features for physical therapy. Duplicate data entry is eliminated between Documentation and Scheduling. Specialized features such as verification of benefits, CCI edit checking, and suggested charges are tools usually left out of most general medical accounting packages.
Enterprise Manager
TheraOffice Enterprise Manager integrates clinical management tools into one central tool. Schedule, Accounting and Documentation reports, charts and graphs can quick be generated. Powerful drill down reports / charts can help to drill down into data by clicking on pieces of data and drilling down into the data to find out what is happening "under the hood".
Other Features
Multi clinic support allows connections from one to many clinics running TheraOffice to share information. The VHI home exercise package integrates professionally drawn line art exercises into Documentation which can be generated quickly from the patients treatments. Tablet PC integration and wireless network capabilities allow therapists to do their documentation in front of their patients saving them time.
